Feasibility Studies

To help you understand and test your project ideas before making any formal decisions and statutory applications, it is advisable to conduct a feasibility study.

Experience has taught us that most clients wish to test their ideas before moving forward and see this process as an important stage to determining their design brief.

We may advise that feasibility investigations are shared with the Local Planning Office, Building Control Authority and possibly other construction professionals. We have found that this process often saves time and money in the long term and will always result in a project that is better informed and more carefully understood from the outset.

Sometimes (and particularly on larger projects), subject to initial discussions, we would advise that third parties may be consulted such as Engineers, Environment Agency, Local Conservation Trusts and Government advisory bodies etc.
