After having made initial contact with us, we will arrange for you to meet one of our directors for an initial discussion so we may understand your project in more detail before tailoring our services specifically to your requirements.
During our first meeting we like to understand at least four key project principles: time, cost, quality and style. These principles will inform the foundation of our design brief. Therefore, before meeting us, you may wish to consider the following:
Time
What is the proposed timescale for you project?
Cost
What is your budget and what may this include / exclude e.g. purchase of land, building materials, consultant fees, statutory fees etc?
Quality
Although the completion of your project may seem some way off, it is interesting for us to understand your aspirations in terms of quality.
Style
Do you have a preferred architectural style? Whilst we can assist you in determining the right architectural style for your project, our understanding of your initial thoughts may be very useful to us.
At the end of our initial consultation we can draw up a working brief for further comment and discussion. Should you wish to appoint us, we will be pleased to discuss our involvement with you at greater length.
