Description: Initially, a Feasibility Study was carried out into the potential development of 5 detached houses replacing 2 existing houses for private Clients. The study proved the proposal to not be viable and one of the Clients instead pursued the option to develop a new detached house adjacent to their existing property, which ES81 developed. The proposal was designed to be in keeping with its surroundings in both form and materials. The proposal includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living / dining, study, kitchen and garage.
