08. Construction
For larger projects requiring the appointment of a contracts manager, we will help you appoint a main contractor to build your project. This is achieved through regular site visits, valuation certificates and on-site meetings.

We ensure the completion of the project, the finalisation of the contract documents and the administration of interim payment certificates.

CDM:
It is the CDM coordinators role to ensure that a pre-tender Health and Safety Plan is prepared, and that the selected Contractor's Construction Stage Plan is satisfactory. He / she should also advise the client with regards to Health and Safety matters.
