Planning Application Once we have worked with you to finalise your design aspirations, we will calculate your planning fee and submit an application on your behalf (typical fees can be expected to range from £135 for an extension / alteration to £265 for a new dwelling, although individual projects will require their own calculations).
During the planning process (which can last up to 8 weeks) we will keep you informed. We will also work with you to amend or refine your project should this be necessary, subject to our terms of appointment.
